Sacred Stone
A fine-art photography series. Armenia, 2025
This is a photography series made in chapels, cave churches, and worn stone interiors in Armenia, where centuries of prayer, weather, smoke, and touch have marked the same walls. The photographs follow sacred architecture not as monument, but as atmosphere.
Moving through carved stone, icons, candlelit recesses, and shafts of light, the work explores how faith leaves traces on architecture and surface over time.
A beam across stone, a lamp in shadow, a wall marked by smoke and time: each element carries the feeling of a place used, worn, and kept alive.
What matters here is not grandeur, but accumulation — centuries of faith held in material form.
